Our clients had already purchased the property at Princes Drive when they approached Charybdis. Working with Stone Design for the interiors, Charybdis were appointed under our Pre-Contract Services Agreement to deliver an exacting design for modern family living.
With planning approved just before Christmas 2024, works on-site started in earnest at the beginning of March 2025, following the granting of a bat licence to deal with a bat colony living in the house to be demolished. This project will be delivered at the beginning of 2027.
