Appointed under our Pre-Contract Services Agreement Charybdis Developments were engaged by the client right at the beginning of their journey. We sourced the plot of land, designed the replacement dwelling and obtained full planning permission. Including handling complex planning requirements thrown up from challenges with Ecology, Arboricultural issues and the complex planning requirements enforced by the estate.
Following Planning Approval Charybdis were appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract to complete the turnkey experience for our client. Overseeing all aspects of design, interiors, M&E and landscaping this ambassadorial house will be finished at the end of Summer 2026.
